Hi guys, thanks for the thoughtful entries - here or the widget is cool.

I have noticed that the widget doesn’t always extend fully on first page load but if you click one of the other tabs (e.g., future hosts) and then click the top one again it will extend and you can see the “submit” link near the bottom. I’ve had an entry via it in the last two days so it is still working :)

I purposely wait until department stores here close and the staff line up on either side of the exit aisle and bow while saying "Thank you" to the customers as they walk through and out. Makes me feel like a rock star. Sometimes I even sneak back in and do it again ;)

Funny, I was in the middle of a post on a self-realization I made when I read your post here. Because of my time in Japan, I discovered that I am a "task-oriented" guy. Read a better explanation on my blog:

Great topic! And convenient timing, too!

Great topic Danielle and interesting to hear your bowing comments. When i went back to AU last Xmas i knew i was doing it and it was noticed by friends and family that whenever someone entered the room i would bow, even if ever so slightly, becoming a force of habit i guess. I know what you mean with feeling uncomfortable with the excessive duration and even the angle of the bow too .... i'll never get used to that.
